day 2 without carbs and any sugar and its definitely getting easier :) i also lost 3 pounds since sunday yipppeee go ash

so i cut carbs, fruit, and sugar completely out of my diet. safe to say i miss them terribly but fuck em. its an abusive relationship. i give them all my love and they give me love handles. so this is my goodbye to you, fat. i don’t need chu anymore.
